Open Call for Editors: Medical Student Column
Looking for a student leadership opportunity to get involved with the AUA? AUANews is a monthly publication available to all members of the American Urological Association, including attending physicians, residents, students, and other healthcare providers. AUANews is delivered in print and published online at AUANews.net. The AUANews Medical Student Column provides students with a peer-reviewed platform to contribute to current discourse in urology and further explore their interests in the field.
As part of this initiative, there are leadership opportunities for several medical students with a background in urology, writing, medical education, and/or academic research. We are seeking students with diverse interests and skills to perform peer-review of submissions and/or make editorial decisions on article selection, Column curation, and publication. Student Editors will also have the opportunity to contribute editorial pieces to the Column.
