After the successful launch of the world’s first urology research incubator in April of 2023, the AUA Innovation Nexus continues to support emerging technology innovators after hosting its first skills development workshop, the Innovation Nexus Boot Camp.

Attendees that represent successful urology business entrepreneurs, private and public investors, and early-stage medical innovators came together for 2 days of education and discussion forums, concept development pitches, and high-impact mentorship. Hear directly from Boot Camp attendees as they share their excitement around innovation in urology and the growing impact of the AUA Innovation Nexus initiative.

Innovators with early- and midstage concepts like those attending the Innovation Nexus Boot Camp are now looking to get their concepts out to the larger investor and innovator audience via the 2024 Nexus Showcase competition, which closed in October 2023 with winners to be announced in January 2024. The Showcase includes a select group of the most innovative investigators, startups, and midsize companies pitching their innovations during the annual AUA Innovation Nexus Conference, the world’s premier urology innovation and research incubation meeting. The 2024 Conference will occur on May 2, 2024, in San Antonio, Texas.
